Terms and Conditions


A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm bookings. The full balance of payment is required 30 days prior to commencement of tour. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be confirmed with full payment.


Cancellations of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and will be effective on the day they are received in our office. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 14 days before commencement of tour - 10%
Less than 14 days before commencement of tour - 15%
Should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made.

Tour prices

Tariffs are subject to price changes without notice, if this is necessary through circumstances beyond our control, whether payment in full has been made or not.


Accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis as mentioned, or similar hotels. Al Areesh, Wahibah Sands and tented camps as stipulated.
As stipulated: Meals - Dhow cruises - Airfare Muscat/Salalah/Muscat.
All entrance fees, activities, transportation by air-conditioned 4x4 vehicles, licensed tour guides and drivers per group.


All personal expenditure, laundry, alcoholic drinks, gratuities, airport tax, visa fees and portage.

Note: Maximum 4 passengers per 4x4 vehicle.

Force major clause

The company retains the right to enforce the 'force-major' action should circumstances change beyond our control (i.e. in the case of natural disasters, government and airline actions or client actions). The client will be responsible for all charges due to this action.
